Tamara Greenleaf
Founder and Chief Strategist
As company founder and chief strategist, Tamara Greenleaf oversees all of Greenleaf’s client activities, providing high-level marketing strategy, client management and making sure things get done right. Tamara is a 25-year marketing veteran. Before founding Greenleaf Associates in 1989, she was a senior communications manager for Aetna Life & Casualty and oversaw marketing/PR for the financial, technology and international divisions, as well as crisis communications. Before that, she was a communications specialist for Sonalysts, a naval research and development company.
Tamara is a former board member of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum and chaired the organization’s marketing committee, and former president of the Oregon Environmental Technology Association. She works from offices in Boulder, Colorado, and Portland, Oregon.

Colleen Kelly and Allen Sheetz

Colleen and Allen serve as Greenleaf’s creative directors. They oversee graphic design and other creative services, including copywriting, collateral development, identity packages and video creation. With 20+ years of creative-professional experience, the duo has worked at advertising, marketing, communications, design and technology firms up and down the West Coast, from Seattle to San Diego. Clients include Adobe, Apple, DreamWorks, Hewlett-Packard, Hilton, Microsoft, Nike, Old Navy, Sony and Warner Bros. Allen’s feature writing and editorial work has appeared in Salon, Rolling Stone, MSNBC, Sidewalk/Citysearch and other publications.

Mike Metschan is Greenleaf’s Web guru, providing Web consulting, design and digital project development.
Mike is an expert at creating solid, standards compliant web sites that accommodate future growth well. He has managed the redesign of several web sites working with brand specialists, writers, search engine marketing specialists and programmers to meet functional as well as brand driven guidelines.

E-Marketing Strategist
Elge Premeau is Greenleaf’s e-marketing strategist. She specializes in search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaign management, e-newsletter infrastructure and distribution, blog system set up, social networking and social media consultation.
Elge is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and is a long time volunteer for the Wordstock Book Festival held in Portland, Oregon.

Specializing in strategy and identity development, he has directed successful brand building and brand renewal programs, new brand and product introductions, corporate and product naming systems, interactive retailing, and customer acquisition and retention strategies. His experience as a senior executive and consultant spans the business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and non-profit sectors.
